Why no exchanges or returns?
To offer lower prices! The size offerings meet international standards, so with the correct size, T-Shirts and shoes will fit without issue. So long as you know your standard size, just like the size, you would normally buy in a retail location, then the product you order will fit. I've tested the product myself and the sizes are accurate.
What about manufacturing defects?
Etsy in the near future will cover any and all manufacturing defects, 100%. That policy will begin in August 2022. Until then, if there is a defect, I will provide the manufacturer information, of which there is a standard process for a refund, and/or a remake. All in all, in terms of defects, I will ensure a good product is received hassle-free. That is, I stand by my products and my customers, per the policy.
